Hello, i keep getting this error when i try to link my debit card to the paypal account. I'm suspecting it's because i just got this card today issued by my bank, but i'm not sure, please help. The card is Visa, by Raiffeisen bank.

More likely because you are trying to add a Romanian card? to your UK paypal account?

Hi Guys,

Please make sure you details like name and address on PayPal match those as they appear on your Raiffeisen account. I would also make sure your card has been activated and permitted for online services. As the Raiffeisen group has banks in many Central and Eastern European countries, please make sure your PayPal account is setup for the correct country.
