Strange email

I've received an email today from the email service @ intl paypaal com (note the two "a's" in pal) telling me that my account was currently limited due to strange transactions. I've actually received an email with the same contents before from the same email and I wasn't 100% sure if it was real so I forwarded it PayPal. But seeing as this is the second time I've gotten it I'm starting to doubt whether it is fake or not.

If you log into your paypal account normally and there is no messages etc then you are ok.
