it's as the title said, but I don't know how to stop it as paypal likes to make everything difficult. I have never really used paypal for anything at all but I've just received an email about a transaction I made..

Are you sure it was not a spoof email?

Was there a link on it to so called secure your account or report the transaction as unauthorised??

If so then DON'T CLICK ON THAT LINK.
