Does anyone else get the feeling that PayPal is not taking spoof emails seriously any more?
I religiously forward any spoof emails I get to PayPal, but recently it seems like they just don't care any more.
First I get replies saying that 'the email did not claim to come from PayPal' which is totally untrue, because II would not have bothered to forwarded it otherwise.
Next I get responses saying that 'when we received the email the content was removed' - Well I bcc' the emails to my other email address when I forward them to PayPal , and I get the content so I don't believe them.
I sent PayPal an email query on this subject, and even though they acknowledged it and said they would respond within 24 hours, I got NO response.
What's going on? Have they lost all interest in spoof emails?
