Hi @tkk3,


Welcome to the community. Are you referring to your customer service PIN? If so, here’s how to create one:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Select ‘My account settings’.
  4. In the ‘Customer Service ID’ section, click Update.
  5. Create and confirm your PIN.
  6. Click Done.
