I'm trying to recover the paypal of my old email, i tried the steps and when i clicked enter after typing in my email it says "sorry we can't confirm it is you." I know most of you are going to advise me to call, but I can't do phone calls due to my hearing condition is there another way to contact them? I can't email either because they just respond using a bot
