I wrote again info about Big problem PayPal and Ebay.
There place's have't any seller protection.
Any swindler or robber, who want to slill seller money, open case and claim with lie reason of not receipt or not description item.
Afrter that not any garanty for save good seller money , becouse PayPal or Ebay want to stil money and send to buyer swinler's.
In all case or claim robber and swindler buyer have't got any document, proff, info about "problem item" - THIS CRIME.
Seller as my exsaple send in all proff of delivery, proff of scan delivery item and many info.
But ANY SELLER PROTECTION FROM SWINDLER AND ROBBER, WHO WANT TO STILL SELLER MONEY.
For example this case and claim wth reason stollen money again.

Buyer swindler as reason of stolen my money.
1. Delivery number work and Tracking update to Etsy, see scan.
2. Etsy close case of this buyer, becouse buyer lie with reason invalid track-traking work in Etsy from date delivery - track work in Etsy.http://s1.postimg.org/4wvsep9u7/Item_in_USA.png
3. Buyer not use any document about item, this lie buyer receipt item or want still money money in double.
4. I send to PayPal second proff of delivery. See scan.
Return my stolen money to my account.
