Need experienced PayPal users feedback regarding sub-account users.

Hello all.

First let me apologise if this is the incorrect place to ask this question. I have an issue with a staff memeber that needs clearing up ASAP.

One of my sub-users kept invoking PayPal to send SMS security checks to my mobile. As far as I am aware, these checks only occur when the master account is accessed.

Yet, one evening, I get repeated requests for her to send me the code sent by PP through SMS. She asks for the codes repeatedly. I tried my best to recreate the issue, even using a proxy from her country. Clearing cookies too.

This is what I would like to know;

Is it possible to get a security request like this while using a sub-account?

Anyone ever experienced this before?

Any feedback or pointers to another resource would be greatly apreciated.

Many Thanks, Wayne.

Shouldn't you be asking the other users of your paypal a/c what they're up to? It's up to you to keep a check on your own paypal a/c, surely you can see that.... wanting to know about SMS and code numbers should be the last thing on your mind if you're worried about someone accessing your a/c - which accesses your money....
