My paypal login has a mobile I no longer own

When I login to paypal it offers to send me a text two one of two numbers to authenticate me. The problem is that one of these numbers I no longer own.
The two mobiles I do own are correct in my profile. I've spoken to Paypal support on severtal occasions and told it would be escalated, but after months it has not been resolved.
How do I get this resolved?
