What's the problem with the Message Centre? Why have one if all it ever does is show the warning "Your messages cannot br displayed at this time"? Or any other timr

Because they don't want to help you.  It's set up so that you can't dispute anything, get any help, or anything else for that matter.  They just want to keep using automated systems so that you give up and either accept your losses or quit out of frustration.  I've been trying to get an issue solved for a month now, and nobody seems to care one way or another.  I've had $245 dollars stolen from me, and I'm actually looking to take legal action if I can't get it back within the next week or two.  These people are incompetent.

I know it's not the answer you're looking for, but that's just how it is.  My Paypal message center doesn't work either.

I'm having EXACTLY the same problem. I've been scammed and paypal closed my claim without a second (probably not even a first) glance. I sent a message as that seemed the only way to get in touch with them, I've had no email back and now this 'error' pops up every time I try to look at my messages. And your suggestion is to get in touch via Facebook!? Disgusting. The only situation in which I see myself getting involved with Paypal over Facebook is warning others about their laziness, indifference, and utter lack of integrity.

I have same problem cannot get contact need help urgent need return item it's agreed refund but asks for tracking number item was bought paypal collection only I need paypal to phone me contact me urgently , return will only be in person ? So no tracking info need advice asap in case they close case against seller , because not been able to respond as only 2 drop down boxes , tracking info  and. Close case these are not appropriate to my reply please help urgent

Refunds always 10 days on hold. while they get my money within an hour from my bank.

So I make a ticket, get no response but I do get their **bleep** spam email about feedback.

 

Not to mention: Your messages cannot be displayed at this time.

Something which is displayed every **bleep** day of the year.

I have emailed paypal about a refund which i haven't been able to see yet. I have messaged them twice and it's been over a week. I can't view my messages and haven't got an email notification saying paypal have done something. I am a student and really need that money. I have an engineering exam coming up and i need to use the money to buy tools for the exam. I am really short on funds.

 

I hope something is done about this or else, i'll look to write about this in blogs, newspaper and put it on youtube. If they don't solve my problem before my exams, i will be forced to complain (take legal action).
