Is anyone having problems logging in today? I went through the 'Having trouble logging in?' link with answering security questions, getting a verification code through my email etc to change my password and it's still saying my info is incorrect.
I even cleared my cache, history and cookies as I'm using Chrome (Edge is a waste of time and has the same error message). I even tried logging in on my phone's (Samsung S6) internet browser over 4G and got the same thing. The only conclusion I can come to is it's a problem on paypal's end, unless I'm missing something?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
