I can't log in to my account to pay for eBay items

It's doing my head in. Every time I try to log in to pay via eBay or another merchant. Keeps saying check email address. I know my address and password are correct. This problem started when I got a new iPhone in sept. I can't get on with my iPad either, but can log in if I use the Paypal app. Anyone else having problems?

That's very strange.
Have you tried removing and re-installing both the PayPal and eBay apps? Are both apps fully updated, as I suspect this might be a compatibility issue with the latest software on your new phone?
