I was recently phished against an old PayPal account, that I don't use and all the details are obsolete etc...the. Help centre won't cancel it as I can not recall any of the security. As this account is being phished why won't they do the obvious.
Any help would be helpful and as I can't access the statement I don't know what is going on?
