I cannot log into paypal.
It is not the password because when i purposly enter the wrong passworld it says some information is incorrect.
The problem im getting when I type in my correct pass word is:
"We're sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it."
I get a similar error when trying to change my password:
"Sorry, we couldn't verify your account using our automated system.
You can try again. Or, for further help accessing your account, you can send us an email or call:"
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this because quite frankly paypals system to get in touch if your account is compromised is flawed in the aspect you need to have access to your account before you can prove its yours over phone or email.
