Fraud email

I have received this email by oiasndoidnsao @ est1999.org

"Dear Client,

Open your Document File and follow the instructions in this email to ressolve this problem.

Thanks"

There is an attachement that I haven't opened yet.

It really seems like a fraud to me.

Any advice?

Paypal never sends emails addressed to Dear Client or Dear Member or Dear Subscriber etc.

They use your proper name eg Dear John Smith.
