I have been trying to close my account for years now, it always says pending transaction. There are no pending transactions, I have even moved banks since and still I can't close it down. Has anybody experienced this and knows how to get around it?

Was going to try and contact paypal directly but couldn't actually find a way how to as it just a maze of dead links
