I need to contact Paypal via e-mail in connection with fraudulent transactions on my bank account but they're making it as hard as they can.
I'm a UK resident living in Tenerife so to phone would cost me a packet.
Can anyone advise me please?

Hi macbee48
Kernowlass is correct. You can contact us through social media.
Also if the payments are showing in your transaction history you can go to the Resolution Centre in your PayPal account and open up an unauthorised payment case. Our fraud team will review it for you within 24-48 hours and then contact you by e mail.
Make sure you change your password if you think your account has been compromised.
