BEING RIPPED off by PAYPAL

Do you know that PAYPAL can stop a transaction being completed with out telling you the reason or as to which part of their Tand C's are being used to stop the transaction.

Do you know that a decision made by uk PAYPAL  con be overiden by PAYPAL  in another coutry.

do you know that irrespective of what you are informed ny a UK PAYPAL agent,  that it is irrelevant when it comes to making a complaint. So you can be told that your money is safe and secure and then find your money has been removed from your account .....
