How do I get papypal to restor the account access on our horse riding group. This account has been on hold since 11 January 2017 and non matter how much evidence we supply we cannot access our monies.
The amount is now £ 1,300 an was made by members to attend training session, as we could access the money to pay the trainers and the hire for the facilties we are now having to use our reserves in the bank account and getting desperate.
Does anyone have a direct email address to paypal or know who to contact at the financial standards authorities.
Think we are being held to ransom here.
