So how do we proceed if we have sold an item on ebay, after the buyer contacted me to offer a lower price for the item(which I declined), then he proceeded to bid three times and won the auction item. I received notice of payment, and then shipped the item...Then I receive a notice of unauthorized charge? I am not sure how this could happen. I cannot see any link in the resolution center where this can be explained...Am I just another victim
An unauthorised transaction is normally when an account holders paypal account has been hacked and used without his consent, if paypal find out this is true then he gets his money back BUT as long as you met ALL the criteria of seller protection you should be reimbursed by paypal as well.
