before yu make payment,you add this new address to your shipping profile and when you make payment,choose that shipping address so the seller would get seller protection.
all shipping address should be in the country where you open your Ebay account
@cindyknox Foreign Buyers can have a US Address and many will use a Forwarding Company. That company will accrue several items then ship them in bulk to the Buyer in another country. This is a common practice on eBay. As it relates to the Seller and shipping, they are ONLY responsible to ship to the US address where Tracking will show the item as being delivered.
