eBay Payment and Refund to credit card not showing in activity

If I make an eBay purchase with my credit card via PayPal, that is an activity. Why doesn't it show up in my list of activity?

Also, refunds made to my credit card do not show up in my list of activity.

How can these transactions not be considered "activity"? I want to be able to see everything that happens in my PayPal account.
