Why is the refund amount higher than original amount ?

I sold a bag for 189+ 6.80 shipping She returned item Why PayPal refunded her 201.40? So I actually lost money by selling a product ? It's totally unfair.... The buyer made false accusation and returned it without communicating with seller !

is she an overseas buyer?

did she use an overseas cc,in foreign currency?
