Reverse Fee

Hi All,

 

Ebayer purchased from me. All details correct via Ebay and Paypal. Item delivered and tracked via royal mail so all good.

It as been 3 weeks now and all of a sudden the Ebayer as requested a reverse of a full refund and I do not know why. It as not been mentioned about them returning my item either. The item was delivered to the correct address given.

A case as been opened but what do I do.

Any help appreciated.

Generally, you'll want to find an amiable solution towards your buyers complaint.

Communicate with them and see what it is they're unhappy about. If you can't find a solution, the case can be escalated and a PayPal representative will look at the complaint and evidence provided.

if a case has been open,then you should be able to find out what is  the reason for opening the case,go to resolution center/open case.
