Today I used the call back feature, and waited close to three hours for a Paypal representative to call me. He finally called, put me on hold as he checked something, and then I heard a "click." I was accidently disconnected, and no one called me back. I then called back and was told by the automated system that I would have to wait an hour and 1/2 to receive a call. No one ever called. Basically, I wasted a lot of time today, and nothing was accomplished. I finally called Paypal back, connected immediately, was put on hold, but no one ever came to the phone.
