Paypal link to Ebay

I set up an Ebay account and I am not sure how I link my paypal to the Ebay to receive payments?

you can go to My Ebay and link the two accounts and you will also enter your Paypal email address in the listing you are creating.

You should stop telling people this while it's broken and try to get an official statement from PayPal. And eBay should turn of the restriction until then too. 

If nothing else, there should be a public statement that sellers can be pointed to so they know people are unable to bid.
