So I've recently started selling some old hunting vests on Ebay and Paypal has been holding my payments that I would normally receive from my buyers. I'm familiar with the fact they hold payments for a certain period of time if you're a new seller but it says on Ebay I should have recieved my payments on 2/11/2017, two days ago. When I try to check what date my funds will be available in the pending balance page it says try later under estimated funds eligibility. I've already shipped the item and it was delivered 5 days ago and marked as delivered. Who do I contact or what do I do in order to get my money, which should have been in my account by now?
