Listed reason why funds sent to my account were returned to the sender: "This payment was automatically returned by PayPal on Sep 1, 2017 because the funds were unclaimed for 30 days."
The customer paid me for an ebay item i sold on September 1st. I made the mistake of taking ebay's word that the item had been paid for and i shipped the item. I check on paypal a few days later and Paypal gave him his money back saying it was "unclaimed for 30 days" even though it hasnt been a month. It hadnt even been a single day.
Dispute resolution says i can't protest this type of transaction. Im tempted to contact paypal customer service directly but ill try the forums first.
Is there anything anyone recommends i do? Any help is appreciated Thank You
