I have been selling on eBay since the beginning of this year and I still have to wait a few days in order for my pending money from selling an item to become available while a friend of mine sold one item as soon as he started selling and his funds automatically became available, what's up with that.

It depends on size of payment,length of selling,credit history,Paypal history,where is the buyer and what he used to fund the payment.

do you always upload tracking?

some sellers have multiple seller ids ,but one Paypal account.
