I order a product off of ebay the seller was response and moved very slow i paid for the product and the item never came. My paypal is at a negative balance of $327 US dollars. The seller has been suspened from ebay and when I sent my last message of please refund my money the seller went unresponsive. Two weeks later after it says my package was suppose to be here 3 weeks ago it says delivered. The seller is suspend and I still don't have my package and my paypal is in negative how do I fix this???
