I sent an item through eBay and according to the tracking info, it arrived but I have not received the money that is currently on hold. The money has been on hold for 2 months now.

PAY PAL IS NOT A LEGITIMATE FDIC BANK AND THEY HOLD MONEY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS . ITS CRIMINAL!  IF THERE EVER IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT COUNT ME IN!
