Hello, on March 23rd, I made a payment on eBay of 110 dollars and the seller received confirmation that I had made that payment. Later the seller contacts me and says that they do not have the money, and they see no payment history in PayPal. I have also noticed this however my bank account has still been charged. What should I do?
