How to upgrade?

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I want to sell a few things on E-Bay, and everything I'm reading says I need a Paypal Business or Premier account. This is not a business, I'm just selling some of my old stuff, but I can't seem to find any way to upgrade to Premier, and when I search for how to do it, all it says is "Click on Upgrade to Business and it's an option". When I click on that, there is no option at all for upgrading to Premier, it just keeps asking me for my business info. What am I missing?

there is no more premier account,just upgrade to business and use your SS number,not Txn NUMBER.
