I purchased a DVD from eBay which was advertised with copyrighted artwork and which appeared to be genuine. However, when I received the DVD, in professional packaging, I found that the DVD was a copy of a handheld cellphone recording of a live event and NOT what was advertised.
I contacted the seller for an immediate refund for the fraud, but was only offered the ability to return it at my expense, which is nearly the same as the cost of the item since the seller is located in England.
I would think eBay should know about this, take down the copyright-infringing item and secure my refund without my having to lose an additional $15 shipping, but can find no way to contact eBay to report this.
How do I contact eBay to report copyright infringement and a fraudulent item for sale, and request eBay issue a refund?
