@Candyfoster Wow, you posted this on August 13th and nobody replied?!? THAT is embarrassing and I apologize others did not see this. Actually, YOU do not mark items shipped on ebay unless it is a Local Pick up item you sold and Buyer comes to get it OR if you take it to the post office and pay for the postage there AND then take the tracking number back and load it on the Sold Item. On all other sales when you print the shipping label through eBay or PayPal they upload tracking for you and when it is scanned (the Acceptence scan) at the Post Office (or by FedEx or UPS) then eBay will get notification and mark it as shipped automatically.
You dont have to mark it sold,when an EBAY buyer bought the item,your listing is closed,and Ebay will send email to you that you have sold the item,and you can send an invoice .
