I've tried several times to link my PayPal to my ebay account. I get ready to post and it takes me over to PayPal to agree to conditions, but it always gets a timeout request, despite trying on multiple days, different computers, different wifi, everything! Is there any way to do this manually, so I can post my listing and have it go through paypal? Thanks
