I am totally lost !!!!!!  I had to refund a buyer through this system as the item arrived broken. I thought I was covered by Ebay, how do I get back my refund? They certainly don't make it very clear. Ta Terryh

Who is responsible if GSP shipped item arrived broken?

You have to ask GSP.as it repacked your item at Erlanger ,Kentucky.

GSP covers you for item not received as long as you have shipped it to Erlanger Kentucky with domestic tracking showing it has been delivered to them.

but then they will unpack and repack your item for overseas shipping,if it arrived broken at that time, they should notify you and not ship at all.

the fact that you are not notifed imply it was not broken,then it is now broken,so ???????????
