Double charged?

I made a purchase using my PayPay credit account. It shows up there 93GBP and my bank account was simultaneously charged $117+ . What to do?

I forgot to add that both charges were to the same person. One shows in pounds (PayPal) and the other in dollars (my bank).

I have had this issue as well- my Pay Pal account was debited and so was my Bank account!!
