I'm unable to link either my personal or business ebay accounts to my personal or business paypal accounts, which many ebay sellers now apparently require. This is causing me to lose out on auctions. Neither eBay or PayPal seem to want to take ownership of this issue. I'm being promised callbacks days in the future.
This is not acceptable and is causing those affected by the issue actual damages.
