Hi over eBay a buyer of mine is having a difficult time sending a payment through to my PayPal. They are receiving "sellers PayPal account locked or inactive" and "the seller cannot accept payments at this time" messages. Please help, I have made sure everything was connected and set up correctly, my email is confirmed and my paypal account is linked to my bank and card.
This Could Possibly Mean That Your Buyer Is Blocked By You On eBay. I Have Encountered This Issue Myself & Mostly Its When A Buyer Is Blocked From Buying From That Seller. Maybe You Did This & Forgot or Maybe It Was A System Malfunction Error (Internl Error). Check With eBay By Giving The Selling Team A Call On eBay. Hope This Helps Solve Your Issues!
