Auction for local pick up ONLY. Paypal holding my funds for 21 days

My auction was listed as LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.  Buyer paid and left me POSITIVE FEEDBACK already.  

Paypal refuses to release my funds until I enter a TRACKING NUMBER!

Unreal.  So the buy will get to have the item for xmas, but I wont have the money to spend on xmas as planned.

How can they NOT read the auction listing and/or read the feedback to confimr that the buyer HAS CONFIRMED A POSITIVE TRANSACTION??

enter tracking and it would be released sooner.

you shuld not accept the payment if it is local pick up as they canf ile item not received and you have no proof,and dont botherto show video or recepit,it must be online viewable tracking number.

now some sellerw ill mail a postcard and a piece of candy with tracking,$2.60
