Hi everyone, I made a purchase on 2/1 paypal says payment was completed on 2/1 seller is saying payment is pending. Ive bought and sold successfully since then but still no progression with item. Ive tryed to start a return and ebay says cant because payment wasnt made.... Is someone **bleep** me or am I an idiot?
Well, it can't be the seller funds hold since payment wasn't received to be held back. How did you fund the payment? Bank account, card, PayPal balance?
