I am trying to give part of the profits from the sale of my item to charity. Ebay will not let me complete my listing until I "accept their terms and conditions for ebay for charity" through Paypal. I can't find this on the Paypal site. Please help!

I've been having this same problem for several months now. For years I listed with partial proceeds going to charity, in fact, I currently have old listings that have been relisted over and over and still have the charity settings, but I can't seem to be able to create new charity listings. When I called eBay they referred me to the PayPal website but I've been unable to find anything to accept. I'm not really sure why they've made this so difficult. It's almost like they don't want us to list for charity.
