Shipping dimensions on paypal vs. Canada Post

Hey there,

This has happened to me a few times now and I'm a little peturbed with it.  The dimensions I enter on my paypal account for expedited shipping to US keep looping back to me as 'invalid dimensions', yet Canada Post's website will allow it.

Dimensions are: 77cm x 5.5cm x 5.5cm, weight is 294grams.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

PS.  The spell check on here doesn't even have "paypal" as a word in its dictionary!  Someone here might want to check that! lol

Are you referring to Expedited Parcel-USA ?  If so, there are minimum dimension requirements as well:

• Minimum length = 210 mm (21 cm)
• Minimum width = 140 mm (14 cm)
• Minimum height = 5 mm (.50 cm)
