Money Transferred but not showing up

I recently made a sale from Pond5 an online stock video/photo site. They show where they dumped $30 in my PayPal account on 3/15/13 and it still isn't showing up in my account. Here is the response I got when I contacted then today on 4/4/13:

It looks like your payment when through from our end. What is the email address attached to your paypal account?

It isn't in my balance or in my history of anything ever happening.

Sounds like it went to a wrong e-mail account.

Make sure they have your correct e-mail account.

They have the correct email account. Could it be that my account wasn't verified? If so once it is will the money go in?

sounds like they are trying to scam you bro!

ask them to send you the paypal transaction ID for the payment, if they can't, its a scam, if they do, check the ID with paypal.
