I bought an item, the seller wait until the last day to send me an email telling me a excuse but the item was never sent it. So he ask me if i want my money back, he said he sent the money. I want to know how to check if he sent the money already..because he wants that I cancelthe transaction.

If he sent the money, you would have a notification of the transaction in your account transaction history.  Suggest opening a dispute against the seller.
