How do i get my funds?

I sold an item on ebay and the seller opened a refund dispute which i accepted, then one hour later they changed their mind and wanted to keep the item. It has now been over a month and the funds are still on hold in paypal. Do i need to so anything to get the funds released to me or is it a matter of waiting?

Did you provide a tracking number that shows the item has been delivered?  Has the buyer left a positive feedback on eBay?  Usually once those two things are done the funds would be released shortly after...if it was an eBay hold.

If it's a PayPal hold then you may very well have to wait the full 21 days or however long they've got your funding holds set to.  If you're already over a month, though, you may want to give PayPal a call and ask about it.
