On Ebay, a buyer is asking for my registered paypal email address in order to use ebay guest checkout to pay for an item he won.
Is this a legitimate request? Is it a scam?
Why does the buyer needs this information from me to pay me as a paypal guest?

Hi smblapyap,
It's been posted that sometimes the eBay checkout process doesn't work properly and the buyer requires the seller's PayPal email address to complete the payment.
Before shipping, be sure to login to your PayPal account using a trusted link (not from an email message) to verify that the buyer's payment has been received, and... click on the payment's "Details" link to verify that PayPal indicates it's OK to ship.
