Please can someone help me, I have now spent 30+ hours battling with this sodden problem.
My bank account has been uploaded, and confirmed.
My debit card has been uploaded, and confirmed.
My limits have all been raised (or so I'm told, I don't know for certain because I cannot bloody well find them).
And yet, despite all this, I still cannot transfer the funds from my PayPal account to my bank account. Customer Service is less than useful, and this is money I need, and I was promised I would have 'easy access to'.

Is paypal showing in your list of direct debits in your online banking?
Are the funds in your paypal balance cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your paypal balance in the correct currency?
Did you confirm your bank account with the 4 digit code?
Is it a UK bank attached to a UK paypal account?
Is it a bank Paypal accept ie not a virtual bank?

Yes, that is where I got the 4-digit codes to link my bank and debit card.
Are the funds in your paypal balance cleared and not pending?
No, the page stays exactly the same.
Are the funds in your paypal balance in the correct currency?
Yes, British Pounds.
Did you confirm your bank account with the 4 digit code?
Yes, look at the first question :).
Is it a UK bank attached to a UK paypal account?
Yes, Barclays.
Is it a bank Paypal accept ie not a virtual bank?
Yes, see previous question.

Are the funds CLEARED in your paypal balance OR does it say PENDING by them??

Neither. When I say the page stays exactly the same that is what I mean. I try to transfer the money, I get a message telling me I have to use the classic site instead which I go onto, try exactly the same thing and nothing happens. There is no message saying 'Pending', or 'Cleared' or anything.

I can't explain it any better so your best bet is to phone customer services.
