tagging description text to an incoming money move?

When moving money from a bank account to my PP account I would like to be able to provide and small description related to this particular money move.

 

Is there such a feature and I just missed it? Or is this essentially a request for a new feature (and useful)?

 

I'd like to be able to see the description, if it exists, when I display all my transactions/activities.
